So many ingredients that we use on a daily basis are unhealthy. However, they can be replaced with healthier ones:

food colors - raspberries, blueberries and carrots
tofu with meat
chocolate flakes-oatmeal
onion roasted in salt
pepper-turmeric
natural mayonnaise yogurt
vinegar and lemon juice
baking powder - baking soda
wholegrain flour
butter - avocado
white rice - brown rice
natural kefir yoghurt
Processed cheese - cottage cheese
chocolate cream - date cream
butter- olive oil
sweet drinks- fruit water
Wheat bread - Corn bread
Salt - herbs
