1. Nothing besides meat can ensure protein.

 Tofu, spinach, almonds and much more have got protein.



2.Juices are healthy

Most of companies are adding sugar or sweeteners to their products. Sweet juices taste better, so people will buy more.



3.Eating grilled meat causes cancer

Grilled meat is one of the healthiest types of meat. Grilled meat is dangerous only when the fat from it drips directly onto the hot grate. This is when carcinogenic substances are formed.



4.Olive oil is healthy. 

Olive oil is healthier than regular oil, but it doesn't mean it's healthy.




5.Eating too much protein is good

In fact eating big amount of protein is good for you, but if you eat too much you can suffer from many diseases.


6.Eating some types of food can burn your callories

It's obviously fake! Only move and exercise can burn callories.
