Gypsy soup
300g of sausage
3 peppers
2 onions
5 medium potatoes
2 carrots
1 parsley
salt, pepper, marjoram, sweet pepper, bay leaf, allspice
2 tablespoons of flour
Oil
Preperation:
1:Cut the sausage into half slices. Dice the peppers, onions and potatoes. Fry the sausage in hot oil. When it is golden, add vegetables (except potatoes). When they start to release the juice, pour 2 liters of water. We add bay leaf, allspice. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
2:After this time, add the potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes. We add spices. Dissolve the flour in a small amount of cold water. Pour into the soup, cook for a moment more until it thickens.
