Herbs

The dishes are seasoned with fresh or dried leaves or the whole herb. It is added to salads, soups, stewed vegetables, cottage cheese. It is used in the preparation of Italian dishes, it tastes good with pasta and tomatoes. Basil can be sprinkled on roast pork, lamb.
