 It is worth starting the day with a glass of freshly squeezed juice. Wash the fruit and vegetables,        peel and cut them into smaller pieces. We put it into the juicer and after a while we have fresh juice :) if someone does not like vegetable or fruit particles in the juice, you can pour it through a strainer. I will present you my favorite juices:

100% carrot juice

100% apple juice

100% orange juice

 By drinking such a juice in the morning, we provide the body with vitamins and minerals for the whole day, strengthen the body's immunity and protect against diseases. The vitamins, enzymes and minerals contained in freshly squeezed juice are much easier to digest than vegetables and fruits eaten whole. Besides, it goes without saying that drinking fresh, natural fruit juices is much easier than consuming w
hole vegetables. It is easier to drink a glass of apple, carrot and beet juice than to eat these fruits and vegetables whole, raw. We are simply not able to eat as many vegetables and fruits daily as we can easily get by drinking 2 glasses of juice a day.
